Check out our “11 THINGS MEN CAN DO” posters on this website, and watch the videos below each poster that help teach each of these 11 things (most videos are 2-3 minutes; watching all of them takes about 2 hours). These posters & videos can be used for group and chapter meetings and conversation starters. Also, read our blog posts — “THE VOICE”.

– Volunteer for our local sexual assault and domestic violence agencies (Christine Ann Center, Harbor House, Reach Counseling and Sexual Assault Crisis Center). Includes a variety of opportunities such as playing sports or reading books to kids, yard work, attending special events, etc. Process: attend a 90-minute training/onboarding (including a background check) and then you’ll be approved to volunteer at any of the 4 agencies. Once approved, we send monthly emails with volunteer opportunities — sign up for as many or few as you’d like. Can do as an individual or group. Open to adults of all genders, but especially targeting men since traditionally 90%+ of agency staff, volunteers and donors are women.
